These terms apply to your use of SnapMerge, a macOS app for merging screenshots and images. By using SnapMerge, you agree to these terms.

License

SnapMerge is licensed to you for personal or professional use. You may install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the app except where permitted by law.

SnapMerge Pro

SnapMerge Pro is a $9 one-time purchase that unlocks additional features, including unlimited images, custom destination folders, advanced spacing controls, and advanced annotation tools.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle may act as the merchant of record and may appear on your receipt or payment statement.

Local Processing

SnapMerge processes images locally on your Mac. You are responsible for the files you choose to process with the app and for complying with any applicable rights or permissions for those files.

Warranty Disclaimer

SnapMerge is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available for every workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMerge and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
