SnapMerge Pro is sold as a $9 one-time purchase that unlocks additional features in the SnapMerge macOS app.
Refund Requests
If SnapMerge Pro does not work as expected, or if you purchased it by mistake, contact us at snapmerge.app@gmail.com. Please include the email address used for purchase and a short description of the issue.
Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally approve refund requests when the app does not work as described, the purchase was accidental, or we cannot help resolve a technical issue in a reasonable way.
Payment Processing
Payments and refunds are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle may appear as the merchant of record on your receipt or payment statement.
